Whether you are looking to host a corporate retreat, a summer bash, a wedding, a church service, retirement party, a birthday pool party or another event we would love to partner with you to make that happen. Our properties all have large yards that can easily accommodate guests. The Resort also has additional facilities to hold larger events.

Our gorgeous outdoor venue easily seats over 30 people. Perfect for a wedding, fundraising event or outdoor meeting.
Our air conditioned Recreation Room is a perfect place to hold a meeting, seminar or training session. It comfortably seats over 30 people and has it's own full kitchen as well as a private restroom. It's a fully self-contained meeting space.
Our spacious outdoor areas can easily fit up to six 8 foot tables for pool and house-side dining, while still having room for buffet service. Catering staff can take advantage of the Recreation Room's full kitchen to setup and serve out of sight from the guests.

How much do you charge for an event?

No. An overnight stay is not required (with direct booking).
Are there any additional fees?
All of our fees are baked into the overall price of the event package. This includes any cleaning fees.What if I need something special?
If there is something you need for an event, please let us know. If we have it in inventory, we'll be happy to bring it out for your event. If it's something we do not have, we can discuss.Do you have tables and chairs?
We have some shaded outdoor seating areas and dining areas that can accommodate smaller gatherings. We have recommended vendors above for renting tables, chairs and other items.Do you require any insurance?

You don't need to be local, because I am! I can provide onsite in-person or virtual tours of the venue and grounds (when not occupied by guests). I live about at most 15 minutes away from the venues, so I can be there to sign for any deliveries and coordinate any rental equipment. I am also onsite for the setup portion of your event and (depending on the event type and size) off and on for the event itself. Plus, I'm a phone call away if there are any issues.How big of a event can I have?
The size of the event depends on a multitude of factors, including the event type and facility needs. Please contact Ryan to discuss your particular needs. Ryan is trained in accordance with NFPA Crowd Management guidelines for events greater than 50 people.Your place is gorgeous, I'd really love to film a video/commercial/scene at your home, can I?
