Thousand Oaks is close enough for a leisurely drive to the beach and So Cal attractions, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We feature many delicious local eateries and many fun recreational activities. Enjoy the California lifestyle at its finest! Whether you're in town for a short stay or a long stay, you'll love all that "THE RESORT" has to offer! Everything is new and professionally designed. The fully stocked kitchen has everything the home chef could possibly want. The house is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives.

Our 4000sf SPARKLING CLEAN Estate Home features 5 Bedrooms and 6 beds. We can sleep 10 very comfortably. There are 4.5 baths and a fantastic yard with a full party house with kitchen and full bath, a pool, spa, BBQ, ping pong, basketball and fire pit.

INSIDE: Three Smart TVs, 75" in the family room and 55" in the primary bedroom, and 65" in our den. We have dual-onecentral air conditioning, two fireplaces, multiple gathering areas, a kitchen with an eat-in island and dining table, and plenty of books and board games for the entire family.

PETS: We love your pet, but they must be approved by the host at time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Pots, pans, baking trays, spices, quality kitchen knives, glassware, utensils, flatware and dinnerware, and more. A wide range of condiments and EVOO are provided. Ninja Blender, Keurig pod and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and a toaster. A variety of coffee, pods, and teas are included! Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, condiments, bags, and foil included.

OUTSIDE: A sparkllng Pool and Spa, a gas BBQ, fire pit, a covered pergola dining area, separate lounging areas, all beautifully landscaped. Pool heating depends on weather conditions. Additional fees may apply. Spa heating is included year round.

GENERAL: Dual central air and heat, Cozy Earth Premium Bamboo Sheets in the primary suite and 800 TC sheets in the secondary bedrooms, free laundry, hypo-allergenic and standard detergents provided, 5-star hotel quality toiletries and hair dryers in each bathroom.

CLEANING: The property is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Our cleaners are local people who have been deep cleaning short-term rentals for many years. Sheets and towels are washed in extremely hot water, with detergent and bleach. Kitchenware, stove, and BBQ are all professionally cleaned after each use. Floors, bathrooms, furniture, and commonly touched surfaces are all cleaned with professional-grade supplies.

PARKING: There is an abundance of free street parking in front of the house, in the driveway, and alongside the house.

This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING/INCENSE house. No smoke-producing products of any kind are allowed.

A rental agreement is required for all bookings and must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Guests will have full and sole access to the house during their stay. For your privacy, each guest is given a unique code to the front door that is only good for the duration of their stay and is automatically disabled at check-out time.

Absolutely no parties or events will be allowed without prior approval by host.
