The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Pots, pans, baking trays, spices, quality kitchen knives, glassware, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and more. A wide range of condiments and EVOO are provided. A blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a toaster are provided for your use as well. A variety of quality coffee, pods, and teas are included! Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, condiments, bags, and foil included.

CLEANING: The property is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Our cleaners are local people who have been deep cleaning short-term rentals for many years. Sheets and towels are washed in hot water, with detergent and bleach. Kitchenware, stove, and BBQ are all professionally cleaned after each use. Floors, bathrooms, furniture, and commonly touched surfaces are all cleaned with professional-grade supplies.

PARKING: There is free street parking in front of the house, in the driveway, and in the garage.
