Description of The Downtown House

The Downtown House is a beautifully appointed bright, modern home with a huge, relaxing, resort-style backyard and all the amenities you could want!  This home features spacious indoor and outdoor areas for entertaining or just hanging out. One bedroom and a full bath are downstairs. We have 3 big screen smart TV's with sports packages, streaming and lightning fast wi-fi. We are a few short blocks from Frontier Park with miles of waterside walking and biking trails. Experience glorious sunsets from our enormous yard with BBQ, loads of seating, dining and covered patio to enjoy those summer evenings!

Our 1700sf SPARKLING CLEAN home features 4 bedrooms: 1 King and 3 Queen beds. There are 3 full baths.  We have one full bath and bedroom downstairs.

Inside The Downtown House, you'll find three Smart T Vs, central air conditioning, multiple gathering areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of books and board games for the entire family.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Pots, pans, baking trays, spices, quality kitchen knives, glassware, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and more. A wide range of condiments and EVOO are provided. A coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster are provided for your use. A variety of quality coffee, pods, and teas are included!

Outside we have a relaxing a propane BBQ, a covered patio with dining and seating areas, and a large fenced yard for your enjoyment.

PARKING: There is free street parking in front of the house, in the driveway.

This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING/INCENSE house. No smoke-producing products of any kind are allowed.
