The fully stocked kitchen has everything the home chef could possibly want. The house is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives.

A rental agreement is required for all bookings and must be signed within 72 hours of booking.
Location
One block, about a 9 minute walk, from The Oasis is the "Camarillo Cottage Square" shopping center at the corner of Las Posas Rd and Arneill Rd. This shopping center has a wide variety of stores including a Sprouts Market, a Rite-Aid Pharmacy and a Starbucks. Food wise, this center has a Pizza Place, a Sports Lounge, a Panda Express, a McDonald's and a KFC as well as a smoothie store, a Wingstop and a Mexican food restaurant.
This center also has a Massage Envy, a Pet Smart, a Big 5, a T-Mobile store, a nail salon and a dry cleaners. For fitness, they have an Orange Theory Fitness, a Planet Fitness, a kickboxing studio, a pilates studio and a Cycle studio. There is also a Kaiser Permanente facilty and an Urgent Care.
Near the corner of Loop and Las Posas, there is a "Rolling Pin Donuts" which is one of the area's most well known donut shops and about a five minute walk from The Oasis.
Camarillo is a great town known for it's world famous outlet shopping, it's golf courses, equestrian facilities and it's vintage plane museum.
