The 91 House is surrounded by stunning mountain views and hiking trails. The home is a short walk away from the L.A. Rams training center, and the Thousand Oaks Community Pool
Inside the home, you'll find central air conditioning and heat, a fireplace, multiple gathering areas, and plenty of books and board games for the entire family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Pots, pans, baking trays, spices, quality kitchen knives, glassware, utensils, flatware and dinnerware, and more. A wide range of condiments and EVOO are provided. Blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, slow cooker, rice cooker, and a toaster. Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, condiments, bags, and foil included.
Outside you'll find a fantastic huge yard with a fire pit, dining and lounging areas, and plenty of room to run around.
CLEANING: The property is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Our cleaners are local people who have been deep cleaning short-term rentals for many years. Sheets and towels are washed in extremely hot water, with detergent and bleach. Kitchenware, stove, and BBQ are all professionally cleaned after each guest. Floors, bathrooms, furniture, and commonly touched surfaces are all cleaned with professional-grade supplies.
PARKING: There is free street parking in front of the house, in the driveway, and alongside the house.
This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING/INCENSE house. No smoke-producing products of any kind are allowed.
